Dee Aker, PhD (PCV Colombia), a psychological anthropologist and conflict resolution professional with over 40 years of experience working in peacebuilding and conflict transformation in international settings. Acting Peace Corps Director Sheila Crowley presented Dr. Aker with the award at Peace Corps Connect in Denver on August 5th.
